Color Trends for the Remaing Year of 2015

So lets talk about all the newest trends in haircolor for autumn 2015 . . .  the names the trends are almost funny to me there are so many....

MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM STRAIGHT OR YOU WILL BE WALKING OUT WITH THE COLORING STYLE YOU DID NOT WANT.

First of all in order to get some of these crazy colors and unique trends....FIRST your hair needs to be whats called :
DOUBLE PROCESSED

Which is what our OIL BLEACH KIT is for..............

NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING bleaches hair as blonde as our oil bleach kit.............and as healthy as our Oil Bleach Kit.
I would put our little old OIL BLEACH KIT up against any product made on planet earth....to achieve platinum hair.

WHY..................?????????????????

Because our Oil Bleach Kits Base is a Cream Base with a unique oil added to it, to be sure that oil and moisture is added to every single step in order to protect your hair strands from the strength of hair bleach. But the best part is the bleach still lightens enough so you can achieve platinum light hair....with moisture-moisture-moisture added to your strands along the entire path.Cream lightener is used a unique Oil combination is then added to each stage so the moisture content of this lightener is beyond any product on market !

1 Oil Bleach Kit has 2 APPLICATIONS

Just sounds like so much fun to me.......

try some of these new styles

Sombre

Gallagher describes sombre as "soft ombre and more diffused and sun-kissed." It's more of a grown-up, more discreet alternative to dramatic ombre. The color blends in with your natural hair color and is way easier to maintain.

Bronde

And joining the summer of quirky hair color trend names: Bronde. Bronde is "a great step for brunettes who want to add a little 'oomph' to their color." It's the perfect marriage of blonde and brown and will give you a gorgeous "beachy, sun-kissed blonde." See more celebs like Jennifer Lopez that are rocking the blonde trend...

Babylights

Gone are the days of thick, striped highlights. Babylights are all the rage and are "tiny highlights meant to replicate the sun," says Gallagher. They require "a very skilled colorist to meticulously apply the lightener without bleeding onto other areas." Jessica Alba's babylights add delicate accents to her natural color, creating healthier-looking locks. They call them baby lights, I've called these Ribbons of Light, because Sassoon has a "exclusive" technique called Slices and Ribbons, techniques no one else had.... that give the look as if the sun lightened the hair.

So lets take Colombre

Colombre (hello, Rainbow Brite!) is the latest hair trend to go viral for summer. Think "rainbow-colored end lights Ã  la mermaid hair trend," says Gallagher. It's just like regular ombre, only you add color in place of going lighter at the ends.

Whether you go pastel or go all out with every color imaginable, it's a gorgeous statement look for summer.

To Dye-For Hair ColorTrends (this week !)

Smashing new Hair colors that are top of the Trends on stars and celebs.
How I used to take these new trends and convert them to everyday people like you and me was to talk to each individual client when in my chair..and see how we could modify it to fit their lifestyle. Remember I have been doing what now has the name: OMBRE .... as Paint Drips and about 10 other "names" we all throw at different techniques we try,  since 1999. Every time I see the way OMBRE has been transformed on every single starlet. . .  well I smile.

What I think about though is the"next"style - you never want to be giving your clients the trends everyone else is wearing today, you should always be thinking about what's next. Even for all of you at home. Even if you wearing one style, keep your eyes peeled for the next up coming color and cut!

                                                    Krazy Kolors

                      Bright Ass "Reds"

  Krazy Kolor extensions

For Platinums there is the trend of going: ROSE?Soft Rose.....one of my favorites, just wish they had a way of holding that color on the heat for more than 7 days !

OMBRE HairColor Technique (Paint Drips) - Brief Demo

This is a photo by photo display of how to accomplish the OMBRE technique, which I can now see is not going to be nearly as easy as I thought to describe & teach on the Web.

Depending on the level you are and the level you want the color to be...will determine the volume of developer you use with either the bleach or tint. Here is another example where "bleach" comes to the rescue. Bleach goes in the foils to lighten the pieces, do NOT worry about it, its only a small portion of the hair. Remember your new mantra: " I Must Learn To Love Bleach "...." I must learn to love Bleach"...!!

Part of the specialty of this technique is "blending" them and "placing" them so it looks natural and fun.

Here is the front large Paint Drip....parted away from rest of hair, then applied bleach & 40 volume ( the hair on this mannequin is pretty dark

Fold up the Foil and seal . . . the heat that is generated from being folded up - helps the bleach work faster/better/etc. on a real person the heat from the scalp helps

Look at the paint drips on the beautiful girl above.... That look is very easy to get and very fashion forward

See how I part away the hair. Being sure to keep the hair you do NOT WANT COLORED, away from the foil. You are using the foil to keep together the hair and the bleach, so it may work together. Separated from the rest of the hair, is what creates a lot of the cool looks in hair, I hope to show you that in stages this week.

I am showing this for one reason only, (stubborn hair only).... generally the rule is to NOT use heat with foils and bleach.....The rule is NO > Do not use heat on bleach.
I will be perfectly honest and admit there are just times when you will need to mildly ( NOTICE THE WORD MILDLY ! )warm-up the foil.....especially in the cool of the winter!

There is stubborn hair, there is hair that is so resistant not only heat won't work -- sandpaper won't either!
As in everything there are exceptions to the rule... and that is exactly how it is with hair....

REAL human heads with real human hair are not like that, unless there is artificial color on it you are trying to remove. Normally you will watch the hair turn very fast, no heat needed ...Just open the foils, smooth the bleach off with your finger and look at the color of the hair. Yes, this takes experience but, you might as well start now. Be sure to Re-Apply the Lightener on wear you scraped it off....

Experiment with one small piece of hair underneath all of your hair, to just see how it works. There will be no harm done on one little piece of hair that can be covered up, if need be.
Stay tuned!

Happy Holiday's from Us All ....Alex, Haley, Betty, Adem, Nikki & KC
