i googled it - and it was basically they put some product on the hair (the reviewer compared it to smelling like caramel) for a few minutes and then rough-dry the hair, after that they flat iron the hair.
its not suppose to be stick straight after the process, from what they says is its just to smooth frizz for about 3 months.
